Made for the world.
Centuries ago, Venetian gondoliers needed a shoe that could grip wet wooden decks, keep their feet cool through long summer days, and still look worthy of the most beautiful city on earth. The veneziata was their answer.
A velvet slipper with a hand-stitched rubber sole. Simple. Elegant. Indestructible. It became the shoe of Venice, then Milan, then all of Italy. Today, everyone in Italy owns at least three pairs. They wear them to the office, to aperitivo, to the market, and home again.
